From early childhood she has been struggling with her health. She has a low self asteem. So alot of antobiotics made her teeth rotten. She was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes just before turning 5. She is 11 now and struggling with self confidence. Some of her baby teeth is still intact and rotten off. And her upper teeth has grown not in the correct position We don't have the funds to belp her getting it fixed now. Thank you for the oppertunity.
