Jaco had implants done which costs him R77k and his teeth keeps falling out. He is very subconcious and don't want to talk to people. After covid he lost his job and is now a representative for a company that sells biltong. Since then he only works for commission and we cannot afford medical aid. His salary sometimes don't even cover our monthly expenses. All his implants are there, it is just to make it fit as it should be and he only has 6 teeth on the bottom so he must take the implants out before he can eat. It hurts throughout the day so he takes them out when he gets home. We really don't have the money to get his teeth fixed. He is 59 years old.
